I would give a higher score, if they answered their phone more often than they don't. I mentioned that I kept calling, to ensure they were open. The agent told me that her boss instructed them to let it ring if they were helping a customer, because a lot of their calls are people looking for the insurance side of their business. I was trained to answer the phone because the caller can't see if you're busy or not even open, whereas the customer can see that you are busy.
