If you have had bad mechanic experiences this is the place to go. The people are fabulous and they go out of the way to make sure that you understand what was replaced and why. I got a whole lot on my van fixed and they kept the old parts for me to see so that i knew they had to be replaced. I have never felt more comfortable or trusting of a mechanic before. I will definately be going to see the guys at Gems if I ever need any other repairs or work done. I wouldn't trust anyone else to even change my windshield wipers anymore.
